Fat Loss - The Myth Associated With Attaining Muscle Without Having Body Fat

By Joel Graham

Most of you have expressed concerns about gaining excessive body fat while you're on such a high calorie diet, and ponder whether you should do some aerobic fitness exercise to offset the weight gain.

Certainly not.

Which will be detrimental to gaining muscle. For powerful results, either must train and diet to understand muscle or lose fat. One or the other. If you're a true hardgainer, you can not do both. If you attempt, you will not make any substantial progress in any event. So, now is the time to get weight. You'll concern yourself with shedding fat later.

Actually there are no magic pills, powders, foods or exercises which will allow you to build muscle and lose weight at the same time.

All this is dependent upon your genetics and metabolism. Many people can do it, some can't. In case you are naturally thin and have a difficult time putting on the weight of any sort, it could be silly person to believe you will be able to gain muscle while attempting to keep your body fat low.

Most skinny guys need to gain more muscle, however they are afraid of gaining weight. They see each one of the bodybuilder photos and look at the stories about people gaining pounds of muscle while losing pounds of fat - They would like to do the same. When looking at these photos, you should know that most of those people do not have your body type. A lot of them are overweight and would like to lose fat, not build muscle.

'Well', you say, 'What about people who transformed their health? They lost fat and gained muscle'. Yes, but almost all of these people were overweight, or had high levels of body fat. In other words, their metabolisms were, in most cases, slow. They simply dieted and trained for fat loss.

Weight training helped the crooks to tone up and slightly boost their muscle mass by replacing lots of the fat with muscle. However, you will never increase your body mass far above your original starting weight your type of diet.

To put it differently, even when you gain some muscle, you'll actually weight less!

For example, Big Joe weighs 189lbs with 18% unwanted fat. This works out being 34lbs of fat and 155lbs of muscle. He then goes on a fat reduction diet and slowly diets down to a ripped 5% extra fat at 168lbs, that is 8.4lbs of fat and 160lbs of muscle. He lost 26lbs of fat, and also the weight only took place by 21lbs. So, looking until this could he managed to also gain 5lbs of muscle. You can see that he has more muscular mass than while he started, and the man looks totally ripped, but his weight decreased because his absolute goal was weight loss. He looks greater, and his measurements changed, but he only increased his total weight by five pounds.

If you're very thin, you can't do this. Yes, your body fat will decrease, as well as also present you with more muscle mass, but it will not likely enhance your weight. You are going to just get much thinner. Big Joe was 'big' to begin with; we are not. To have the same results as Big Joe, you ought to first gain the strain, and then pay attention to losing our bodies fat later. Joe had the dimensions; he just necessary to trim down. We do not possess the size to utilize, and then we must force the body to grow beyond our body's comfort range. Here is the hard part.

For this reason if you want to grow past the current size, you should diet for it specifically.

Remember, almost all of you have extremely fast metabolisms. Gaining weight is going to be extremely difficult.

The only method you will get bigger is always to shock your body.

You have to shock the body by:

1. Training with big names, and

2. Eating a lot of calories.

The very first shock is by using weight training. You have to give attention to compound free- weight exercises, and lift household names, which will stimulate the most important amount of muscle fibers. Your system responds to this stimulus by enhancing your muscle mass.

The next way we must shock bodies are by eating more calories than the body is used to. Here is the most important factor in gaining mass. If you overload the body with plenty of protein and fats, the body has no other choice but to achieve weight.
